He graduated from the Department of Economics at Hitotsubashi University and joined the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) in 1980. He has been engaged in economic cooperation, FTA (Free Trade Agreement), small and medium enterprise policy, regional development policy, distribution policy and so on. He has been a visiting professor of Waseda University since April 2002. His former position was the Director General, Chugoku Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry.

Born in Osaka in 1947. Graduated from Kobe University's Business Administration in 1970. Completed the Ph.D. program at Kobe City's Graduate School of Business Administration in 1975. Assumed the post of the Dean of the same school after becoming a professor in 1988 after experiencing the posts of a lecturer and assistant professor. Doctor of business administration. Specialized in corporate strategy theories, management organization theories, and corporate governance theories. Has been assigned outside auditor of Santen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. since 2003, outside auditor of NTN since 2004, and outside auditor of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. since 2006.

Born in 1940. Graduated from University of Tokyo Faculty of Law in March 1962. Entered Ministry of Finance in April 1962. He assumed the post of Deputy Director-General of the Budget Bureau at Ministry of Finance, Deputy Vice Minister of Economic Planning Agency, Director-General of the Financial Bureau at Ministry of Finance, and Assistant Chief Cabinet Secretary for Internal Affairs. After he left the Ministry of Finance, he stayed in Stockholm as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Sweden and Latvia from 1997 to 2000. Then, he assumed the post of President of the Japan Regional Development Corporation. Presently, he is the Executive Advisor to Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd. and a professor at Bukkyo University.

Graduated from the College of Law, Aoyama Gakuin University. She started her career as a TV caster at NHK where she was awarded NHK Chairman Prize. (NHK is the largest TV network in Japan).She established Y Net, Inc. in 1994 and Mediastick, Inc in 2000. She was awarded “Information Security Culture Award” in 2008, conducted by Institute of Information Security, METI (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) and MIC (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications) for promoting IT and Security through MediaStick activities and related contribution as a member of various national government committees. She is a Board member of Regional Culture Archives and a member of Japan Association of Corporate Executives
